We couldn’t be happier with our buying experience with Beachside. As Canadians, there are a lot of nuances in purchasing a house in Mexico. Fatima and Penny helped problem-solve every issue that came up (and there were a few) and were forward-thinking to catch the next before it surfaced.
When we found the perfect home, we signed and closed in six weeks – this was quite an achievement as Semana Santa was two weeks before closing, and everything was in various stages of closure.
