We started our search in Sayulita in February 2020. Without knowing much about the Sayulita market – and even less about the realtors in the area, we were a bit lost initially. The first two realtors we worked with were not very
knowledgeable about the local market and the purchase process for non-titled ejido properties. As a result, we did
not get very far until we connected with Penny and Wayne, which made all the difference for us. We found them to be very knowledgeable realtors and even better people.
Once we found the right property with Penny’s help, she guided us through the entire purchase process, which was
complicated by the state of the pandemic at the time. Since our closing, we have stayed in close contact with Penny and Wayne and often stop into their office to simply say hello and catch up on things. At the same time, we wait to
complete the regularization process, which Penny and her
team continue to help us well after the sale.
I can’t say enough about having the right realtors working for you, especially if you are new to buying in Mexico as we were. Penny and Wayne’s team are pros, and I can’t recommend them enough.
